What is the schedule for Pastors & Leaders School?

Pastors & Leaders School officially begins Monday at 7:00pm and concludes with the Wednesday evening service (approximately 9:00pm). Registration check-in is on Monday from 1:00pm – 6:00pm. Classes Tuesday and Wednesday begin at 9:00am, with breaks for lunch and dinner. Evening services are at 7:00pm. Detailed schedules with class titles and times will not be available until Monday morning at registration.

When will I receive my registration wristband?

All Pre-Registrants can pick up their wristbands and conference schedule between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 13 at the pre-registration tables.

Are there hotels with discounted rates?

Hotel discounts have been negotiated for your benefit. Please book your rooms at these partner-hotels that PROVIDE A BENEFIT TO Phoenix First to offset conference expenses. You can make your reservations by calling the hotels or logging onto their websites, requesting the “Special Pastors School Rate”. Please do not call hotels with Pastors School questions.

What if I’m part of a large group attending Pastors School?

If you are bringing a large group to Pastors & Leaders School, we suggest you designate ONE PERSON to approach registration tables to collect wristbands and packets for everyone. Make sure each person in your group knows who that designated person is and where to meet them. This works great and reduces congestion at the registration tables!

Are meals available on the Phoenix First campus?

The Youth Walk Cafe (with Starbucks Coffee) is open on our campus, where meals and other foods may be purchased. Or you may choose to patronize one of the food booths which will also be available on campus. Fast food restaurants are also located nearby.

Is Wi-Fi Internet access available?

Visit the Cyber-Cafe, our wireless internet. If you have Wi-Fi or Centrino, you can check your email around the Youth Walk Cafe.

What kind of weather can I expect?

Phoenix weather is usually in the 70’s during the day and the 40’s overnight in February. Layers or a light jacket are usually best to keep you comfortable. It seldom rains during Pastors & Leaders School, but you can get more information on specific forecasts at many online weather Web sites.

How should I dress for Pastors School?

Some people dress in suits and/or dresses, while others dress more casually. Bring comfortable shoes—especially for climbing Prayer Mountain. Layers and/or jackets are recommended for those who are concerned about temperature changes.

Will childcare be available?

As in previous years, no childcare is provided
